PAYMENT & TAXES
We accept all major / popular credit cards. ALL orders MUST have matching Billing & Shipping Addresses or your order will not be fulfilled.
California customers are charged sales tax according to state & local sales tax regulations.
What Shipping methods do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx and we do Not ship to P.O. boxes. We do our best to ship all of our orders as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday as well as orders placed throughout the weekend will most likely be shipped on Monday.
* Due to the recent customs / tariff shifts in Canada in relation to our category of products; we are NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP directly to Canada.
Dank Fung is currently in the process to be able to sell Dank Fung products locally again as soon as possible. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to strive to do our best in having our products as accessible as possible. Thank you for your continued support!
How much is Shipping?
Standard Shipping on online orders (we are only shipping in the US and Canada currently) are FREE for the orders in the US and $30 for Canadian orders. We reserve the option to pass along the shipping charges in the future.
Express Shipping will have a fee calculated during checkout based on the estimated weight of the order but actual shipping charges could vary depending on products and options chosen. If the actual shipping charge is more than the price paid during checkout we may contact the customer via email or phone to secure payment for the additional charges.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.
Ground, Express, and Overnight Shipping:
We understand that our customers need products from us quickly. In order to accommodate this, we offer FedEx. FedEx shipments should in 2-3 business days. In many cases choosing this shipping option will cause the order to arrive overnight, but this cannot be guaranteed by FedEx, especially for rural or remote areas or us. FedEx Ground Shipping will arrive 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays (unless otherwise noted).
Orders utilizing Express or Overnight shipping are processed with high priority to ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. Express and Overnight orders placed after 12pm EST may be shipped the next business day and are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. These shipping options only apply to domestic orders.
If your package was damaged during shipping you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can immediately file a claim with the shipper. It is also important that you hold onto any remnants of the packaging or products that were damaged as well as the packing slip that was included in the shipment so that evidence of the damage and proof of contents can be provided to the shipper if needed.
Any packages that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 10 days and then discarded. This includes orders that were returned due to an undeliverable address, refused packages, packages that were not picked up, etc. The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Tracking numbers are usually sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1 business day of the order being placed. Depending on your email's spam filter settings, tracking numbers may arrive in your spam folder, so please check there as well. Please note, FedEx tracking information may not show up for up to 48 hours. Often times, your package may not be scanned at every stopping point, but that does not mean it was not picked up or on the way – please be patient!
Dank Fung Extracts is not responsible for orders that are placed incorrectly. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of products on orders that were filled and shipped correctly. If you have questions or are unsure regarding a product or it’s function or compatibility please contact us before placing your order. We are more than willing to provide further product description, clear up any confusion, or provide advice about the products we sell.
If your order is received and contains incorrect items or is missing items, then you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. We will definitely do our best to fix any mistakes that we have been made, but we must be notified in a timely manner.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
Return Period Policy: Dank Fung Extracts offers a 14-day return policy for any unopened, unused product (unless otherwise specified in either the product description or in this document) from date of purchase. Some items could be subject to a 15% restocking fee, levied at the discretion and judgment of Dank Fung Extracts.
Atomizer Policy: No warranty for any atomizer. Returns/exchanges will only be considered if the atomizer is DOA (dead on arrival), and expressed to Dank Fung Extracts in a timely fashion (generally within 48-72 hours of receipt of product). Please test any/all atomizer(s) upon receipt of product(s).
Refund Policy: Dank Fung Extracts will not accept refunds for any product that has already shipped.
Exchange Policy: Parts will not be shipped until the original part is returned to and evaluated by Dank Fung Extracts. Shipping for any exchanged product(s) is at the customer's expense. Any product received for exchange that is deemed still functional, found to be not sold by Dank Fung Extracts, out of warranty, or damaged through misuse will be sent back to customer without exchange.
Warranty Period: While some of the products purchased from Dank Fung Extracts can be subject to manufacturer warranties, Dank Fung Extracts has sole discretion as to whether or not to honor returns and/or exchanges for said product(s). If deemed valid, Dank Fung Extracts will endeavor to provide you with a suitable replacement for your defective product (a suitable replacement is defined as a product of the same style and color).
* Also, if more convenient; please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # is required before sending any product back for warranty/exchange consideration.
